1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
• Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM.

Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be submitted in advance and confirmed in writing by Mikestay.

2. Respect for the Property

Guests agree to use the property, furniture, and equipment with care and respect.

Moving heavy furniture or removing any items from the property is strictly prohibited.

Any damage, whether intentional or resulting from improper use, may be subject to additional charges.

3. Parties and Disturbances

Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

Any noise disturbance is strictly forbidden between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM in order to respect neighbors and the condominium regulations.

In case of non-compliance, Mikestay reserves the right to: 

• Immediately terminate the stay without refund
• Apply financial penalties
• Withhold part or all of the amounts paid Any intervention (neighbor complaint, building management, law enforcement, or private security) may be fully charged to the tenant.

4. No Smoking

Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as in the common areas of the building.

Cleaning and restoration fees may apply in case of non-compliance.

5. Occupancy

Only the individuals declared at the time of booking are authorized to stay at the property.

No undeclared visitors are allowed without prior written approval from Mikestay.

6. Security Guests must:

Close all doors and windows when leaving the property Turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use

Mikestay declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

7. Respect for the Building

Guests must comply with the building regulations and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood throughout their stay.
